Corporate Healthcare Associate Attorney (M&A, Private Equity, And/Or Joint Venture)
Our client, a global Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join their nationally recognized Healthcare Industry Team. This position can be based in Washington, D.C., Chicago, or New York City.
The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint venture in the healthcare industry
- Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work effectively as a member of a team and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors regularly
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the bar in the state in which you are applying
