Corporate Associate (Mergers & Acquisitions) - Los Angeles
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with transactional experience to join their Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Los Angeles, California.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of transactional experience from top-tier law firm(s)
- Experience in general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity
- Experience in capital markets and corporate governance is preferred
- Experience counseling corporate clients on SEC filings, securities law compliance and other similar matters is preferred
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the California State Bar (or able to become admitted)
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
