Corporate Associate (Capital Markets) - New York City
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Capital Markets group in New York.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience (JD Class of 2020 to 2022)
- Experience in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings as well as liability management transactions
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York State Bar (or able to become admitted)
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
