Complex Commercial Litigation Associate - Dallas
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Litigation practice group in Dallas, Texas.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of significant experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, and preparing for and/or taking depositions or witness interviews
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent research, writing, analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas State Bar (and in good standing)
