Commercial Litigation Attorney - NYC
Our client, a mid-size real estate law firm, is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3-4 years’ experience. This position is based out of the firm’s New York City office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $210,000 – $235,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. Along with experience handling various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy
- Experience with sophisticated real estate related matters
- Knowledge of New York civil procedure
- Court, motion, and discovery experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York bar (and in good standing)
