Bilingual Receptionist - Long Island, New York
Our client, a law firm specializing in landlord-tenant litigation, is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their Long Island, New York office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information about the firm’s services and procedures
- Manage and route incoming mail and packages, including daily sorting and distribution
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
- Maintain the front desk area and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as requested
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and conversational Spanish
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred
- Professional demeanor and appearance
