Trademark Attorney
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a 3 to 5 year associate to join its Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising practice in New York, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Boston, and Washington, DC. This position compensates between $260,000 to $365,000.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with trademark, copyright, and advertising federal litigation and USPTO TTAB proceedings.
- Additional experience in trademark clearance searching and analysis of risks associated with proposed marks.
- Familiarity with trademark prosecution, such as trademark filing strategies for both domestic and international brands.
- Some experience with trademark transactional work, such as licensing and due diligence analysis, as well as domain name disputes and copy registrations would be a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing and verbal communication and analytical skills.
