Labor & Employment Midlevel Associate - Boston
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join their Labor & Employment practice group. This position is based in the firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation
- Experience must include two or more of the following areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
- Ability to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision
- Strong legal analysis, writing, and oral communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
