Job Description
Junior Patent Litigation Associate - San Francisco and Palo Alto
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior IP litigation associate to work on cutting edge IP matters for its Intellectual Property Practice in San Francisco or Palo Alto. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $260k.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of all phases of IP litigation experience, including pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal.
- Strong drafting skills in complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Experience in researching patent-related legal and technical issues.
- Experience supporting depositions and contributing to case strategies.
- California bar or other U.S. jurisdiction is required.
- Technical degree in engineering or technology field is required.
- USPTO or eligible to sit for the patent bar.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
