Commercial Litigation Associate - Los Angeles
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in their Downtown Los Angeles, California office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 - $330,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of meaningful experience in complex commercial litigation matters in a mid-size or large law firm setting
- Experience drafting and arguing discovery motions, dispositive motions, and/or class certification motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions, and assisting in both jury trials and bench trials
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
- Adept in case management, and ready to take the lead
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the California State Bar (and in good standing)
